This is the northwest region of the western continent which is governed by the Silver Hand order of paladins. Following the great imperial war, the Eastern Empire was divided into two sections , east and west. The east was given to the Northern empire and became known as the Southern Realm. The west, as the home of the evil that nearly consumed the world, was given to the care of the paladin order and became the Protectorate.
